Your intake information

RetailSnaps collects the contact details and business information you choose to submit so we can assess fit, respond, and agree on a scope. Submissions are stored privately with our hosting provider, Netlify. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.

Campaign context

We keep the audience page and campaign labels in this browser session and save them with your intake to understand how people found the service. We do not include your name, email, intake answers, or submission reference in Google Analytics events. A random submission identifier may be used to prevent duplicate advertising conversions; it contains no contact details.

Optional measurement

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel measure page visits, sample views, intake starts, confirmed intake submissions, and checkout-link clicks. These providers may receive browser/device information, IP address, cookie identifiers, and the page address. Optional tracking is enabled by default for visitors identified as being in the United States, unless declined. Outside the U.S., or when location cannot be determined, we ask before loading optional tags.

Use “Privacy & analytics choices” below to decline or change your choice. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by disabling optional tracking. Declining does not prevent intake, payment, or scheduling. We remember your choice in this browser; clearing storage or using another browser may require a new choice.

Google Ads and LinkedIn measurement are not active until their account connections are configured. Any future activation will be reflected here. We do not enable enhanced conversions or send form answers to advertising platforms.

Payment and scheduling

Stripe processes payments and Calendly handles scheduling on their own services. RetailSnaps does not receive your full payment-card number. A checkout click is not treated as a completed purchase or booking.
